2. Don't go overboard on the power levels

3. These jutsus will not be able to use until i or another admin approve them

4. Please try not to create jutsus which are pretty much the same as ones that already exist.

Blood Fist Jutsu - Make your normal punches to deal twice the damage.

Shadow Step Jutsu - Allows you to teleport behind your oponent, grab them and pull them into the darkness. After many seconds your enemy shoots out a dark vortex and extreme speeds and crashes somewhere. like a brick wall lol.

Blood Rage Jutsu - Causes your blood to boil and give the user Rage which will give you the ability of making all your jutsus 20% stronger but with 10% more of the chakra used.

Bleeding Jutsu - Rapid punches at lightening speed which make you seem invisible,which you hit certain spots to cause internal bleeding, as well as hitting chakra points. Marked as (kinjutsu) a forbidden jutsu which can highly injure yourself by the drain of Chalkra and the speed of your bodies movement.
